What is my username?

We suggest that you use your phone number as your username. This helps uniquely identify each listing and is a username that you won't easily forget.

Why isn't my account activated?

Your house will be activated when we receive your payment. If you have mailed your check, you must allow time for the check to reach our P.O. Box before we can process it.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up by visiting our sell page located on the navigation bar on this website. Create an account and then use our membership login section on the left side of the page. Once you log in you will have access to add your house and edit your information at your leisure.

I don't have a digital camera, how do I get pictures of my house?

If you don’t have access to a digital camera, we do offer picture taking services for a small fee. The cost for this is typically $20, but may be slightly higher based on your distance from Eau Claire. You will then get to choose up to 15 pictures that you want to put on your listing, and . a 360 degree photo. Click here for more information.
